Teak Solid Timber
Burmese (FEQ) first European quality. Flat sawn.
We stock rough sawn boards in 25, 40, 50, 65 mm with board widths from 100mm up to 300mm.
Quarter sawn boards available on request.
Teak is supplied in 3 different lengths categories:
Shorts 0.9 – 1.7, Mediums 1.8 – 2.9 and Longs 3.0+
Our premium 1/4 sawn Teak decking has been a favourite of boat builders for many years, because of this, we stock it in all our stores.
Sizes are: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm thick with a face cover of 42mm. Other thicknesses can be machined to suit your requirements.
Teak Margins & King Planks
Burmese 1/4 sawn.
Our premium Teak margins and king planks range from 75mm – 200mm wide with 10mm and 12mm thicknesses. Larger sizes can be machined for special runs.
Marine Plywood BS1088 grade
Meranti and Gaboon Marine plywoods are used extensively in the boat building industry. Used for hulls, bulk heads, cabinets, floors etc.

NZ Kauri was commonly used for boatbuilding with its unique properties being ideal for the framing and interiors of the boats but over time with the supply and cost of NZ Kauri other timbers have been introduced such as: Alaskan Yellow Cedar, Iroko, Spa grade Oregon, Siberian Larch.
